The process flow of the gravel production line is as follows: raw materials → feeding → primary crushing → secondary crushing → screening → finished product.

The raw materials are fed to the primary crushing equipment at a uniform speed and quantity through a vibrating feeder. After being processed by the primary crushing equipment, the raw materials are processed into several dozen centimeters in size. Then, the crushed raw materials are sent to the second crushing stage by a belt conveyor for secondary and fine crushing. After that, they are transported to the vibrating screen by a belt conveyor for screening. The stones that meet the customer’s production specifications are sent to the finished product pile. The stones with too large particle size are transported back to the second crushing stage for further processing until the particle size meets the requirements, and the stone processing is completed.
