Double Roller Granulation can be fully used for granulation of potassium sulfate (K ₂ SO ₄) and NPK compound fertilizers, and is one of the more energy-efficient, environmentally friendly, and suitable methods for dry production.

Working principle of roller granulation
Powdered raw materials (such as potassium sulfate, ammonium phosphate, urea, etc.) do not require water and can be directly fed into the roller extruder.
The material is extruded into sheets or strips under high pressure.
After crushing and screening, regular particles (usually 2-6mm in size) are formed.
Unqualified powder can be returned to the raw material warehouse for secondary granulation to improve utilization.

Application:

other raw materials with high granulation rate.Can produce a variety of concentrations, a variety of types     including     organic     fertilizer,     inorganic      fertilizer,     biological     fertilizer,     magnetic fertilizer,compound fertilizer etc.
