The tangential air inlet and the additional air inlet guide plate are used. On the basis of the cloth tube filtration, the centrifugal dust removal effect is added, which improves the dust removal efficiency of the dust collector; the dust removal efficiency can reach more than 99%. The exhausted air can generally be discharged directly.
The use of special cloth to remove dust has good dust filtration effect; stable operation and convenient recovery of dry materials. The equipment is generally not corroded.
The fan, cloth tube and transition device are combined into one, which can shorten the wind network, simplify the process flow and reduce the investment in wind network equipment.
The spraying interval time can be easily adjusted.
