Carbonization furnace is a stove used to change biomass briquette into charcoal briquette. The quality and efficiency of kiln affect final forming of charcoal briquette greatly. This furnace is ideal equipment for wood briquettes to have anoxic distillation carbonization. Due to its rational structure, the furnace only needs small quality of heat consumption.

1.how to put wood

put some brick in the flame path,make wood 3-4 level put flatwise,up side can put up-right

2.after put the wood,make the furnace door close tightness.

3.fire

    When fire，make sure the ignite material fire totally then put into the four ignite port,then open the fan,when see the orlop wood turn red close the ignite port

4．Carbonize

   After close the ignite port,open the fan 12-15 hours,then close the fan,after half hour seal the upside of the fan till natural cooling.

（remark：the fan open time can be adjusted according to the physical truth)

Remarks:1.during carbonize if the smoke it too heavy,can close half hour then restart.

        2.when put the brick,make the ignite hole is sealed by the brick.
