Introduction

Operation process

2. 4. Once the bag is blocked, the pressure in the bin exceeds the safety pressure of the top pressure safety valve, and the pressure safety valve can be opened to release the pressure in the bin and prevent the occurrence of the explosion accident.

6, When it is necessary to discharge the material, first open the manual discharge valve at the bottom of the cone, and then transport the cement out through the cement conveying device (screw conveyor). In the process of discharging, if there is a “arch” phenomenon, press the button of the electromagnetic valve of the arch breaking device in time, blow air, eliminate the “arch” for feeding, and ensure the smooth supply of cement.
7. When the cement conveying device (screw conveyor) fails, first close the manual discharge valve at the bottom of the cone to prevent cement overflow and waste.
